Shaheed Bhagat Singh Evening College Library strives to create an environment that nurtures lifelong learning and supports the academic and intellectual growth of students and faculty.
The College Library serves as a comprehensive Knowledge Centre with rich academic resources in Commerce, Social Sciences, and Humanities. Established in 1973, the library is a fully furnished, air-conditioned facility with completely computerized operations. All books are bar-coded and accessible through the OPAC (Online Public Access Catalogue) system.

Dr. Poonam Chaudhary has contributed chapters to books on Library Science and has presented papers in national and international conferences and seminars. She has published research papers and articles in reputed national and international journals.
